Announcements in Open HRMS - User Manual

The Open HRMS Announcement app is used for making the announcement activities. Upcoming celebrations, off days, special events etc. can be announced using the Announcement app.

Just click on the create button to make a new announcement. It will bring you to screen as you can see from the below screenshot. There you can give various information regarding the announcement such as the Title, the starting and ending date etc. The code number will be generated right after you save an announcement.

Using this app you can either make a general announcement which will reach every employee or we can send the announcement to specific employees, departments or job positions.

Once you fill out all the necessary information, you can send the announcement for approval.

The authorized person can see an Approve and Refuse button. After approving the announcement will be made.
