The Overview menu available on the dashboard window of the OpenHRMS Leaves module will display a calendar view, and using this window the user can have an overview of their leaves and time off allocations.
If an employee creates a time off request, it will be taken forward to the manager's or the concerned officer’s side to get approval for the request. On the Managers side, the system depicts the Approvals tab. The Approvals tab available in the OpenHRMS Leaves module embraces two sub-menus: Time Off and Allocations. The managers can use these options to manage the time off requests and allocations. Let us discuss each option below.
