The OpenHRMS platform offers you the Loan Management module and Salary Advance modules in its system. You can view the described modules If you install these modules into your system, the platform will display the Loan management features and the Salary advance features in the OpenHRMS Employees module. Let us have a look at the functionalities of the Loan Management module.
After installing the Loan Management module, when you open the Employee module, you can view the Loans & Advances section, as shown in the image below.
