In the OpenHRMS Employees module, you have the chance to configure various employee tags. These pre-configured tags can be applied to the employees while creating the employee profile. It will be very useful for quickly identifying the employees. And you can sort out the employee profiles using defined tags. The Tags menu in the platform can be accessed from the Employee section of the Configuration tab.
As you can see in the above image, the Tags window will list every tag already defined in the platform. If you want to create a new one, click on the Create button. A new line will be displayed in the same window for configuring the new tag. You can type the new employee tag and click on the Save button to save it into the system.
